Customized training sessions to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I believe that fitness is a part of a healthy lifestyle and offer virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate your needs. Sessions can be one on one or in small groups, and include cardio, strength training, martial arts, interval training, TRX, and flexibility work.

Training Philosophy

My sessions are difficult but efficient. I expect my clients to work hard, and in return they should expect to see results, reach their goals, and be ready to tackle whatever life brings.

It could be feeling confident to conquer a new sport like skiing or wind surfing, run your first 5K, keep up with your kids or grandkids, work in the garden for multiple hours, or tackle that once in a lifetime trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.

My workouts are not for people who like fads. I want to help you build good habits, both nutritional and physical, to create sustainable lifestyle changes. Training with me means that you will stay ready for what life has to offer.

I have been a lifelong athlete and a fitness enthusiast participating in sports such as Track and Field, Soccer, Yoga, Snowboarding and even competing in the Olympic Trials for Tae Kwon Do. After 16 years in corporate marketing, I decided to change my life, and turn my passion into my profession.
